Q: When will my order arrive ?

Benchers: We need 7 days to produce an order once the payment is received. The shipping can take up to 40 days. Contact us if you need it before. +972-548481126 (tel and whatsapp).
Contact us if you need them faster, we can provide kippot in 15 days and benchers in 10 days.
Q: Do you send your products to my country?
A: We send our kippot and benchers to UK, USA, Canada, Italy, Australia, Germany, Spain, Gibraltar, Switzerland, Sweden, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, Portugal, Finland, Israel, Hong Kong, Korea, Panama, Brazil, Mexico, Venezuela, Chile, Uruguay, Argentina and Japan.Please, contact us if your country is not in our list.
Q: How much is the shipping cost?
Kippot:
We offer free shipping to: UK, USA, Canada, Italy, Australia, Germany, Spain, Gibraltar, Switzerland, Sweden, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, Portugal, Finland, Israel, Hong Kong, Korea and Japan.
Panama, Brazil, Mexico, Venezuela, Chile, Uruguay, and Argentina should pay a $49.90 fee.
Benchers:
We ship everywhere. Cost is based on weight. If there is an overThe cost is calculated in the purchase process just for these countries: USA, UK, Spain, Italy, Germany, France and Canada. For another country please contact us.
In the event that, for any reason, the shipping cost would be more than 10% higher than that announced on the page, we will notify you before so that you confirm if you want to continue with the order (paying the difference).
If duty is required, client should pay it. (It can be around $40 for Kippot)
Q: Where are the kippot made?
A: We make and send the kippot directly from China to avoid extra shipping costs.
Q: How much is engraving/printing in a kippah?
T: We charge no extra cost for engraving the kippah with your selected text: “Wedding of…”, “Bar Mitzva of…”, etc… You can write it on the kippah selected webpage. We can also send you some logos to engrave next to the text; ask us when placing the order.
Q: How much is embossing text/logo in benchers/books?
T: It has a fixed $30 cost, for the entire order.
Q: Can I get a sample before I order ?
Yes, we can send you a sample of any of our kippot, but you must pay the FedEx/DHL shipping cost. We suggest you watch the video before spending money on it.
When the order is placed, before production, we can send you a sample of the kippah, already printed–we will charge a sample fee and shipping charge.
In all cases, we will send you by email a photo proof of your kippot, printed, to avoid the cost of shipping (express mail).
Q: How do I order on this website ?
T: It is easy. Just select the kippah you want to order, the quantity, and the text to engrave. If you have any doubt, you can write it in Remarks. We always send a confirmation order sheet with all the details before starting the process. We will also send you two pictures of your selected printed design before the mass production.
Q: Can I make a phone order?
Of course. You can also make an order by calling one of our telephone numbers or filling the contact form with the desired order details and any questions.
Q: Can I pay with credit card or debit card ?
T: Yes. We accept PayPal payment, meaning, most credit and debit cards. Follow the instructions on the check-out webpage. If you want to pay with credit or debit card and you have no PayPal account, select the box “I still don’t have a PayPal account.” PayPal is one of the safest payment methods accepted on the internet.
Q: What is the shipping method?
We use FedEx, UPS, TNT, or DHL shipping. If a delay occurs, it is out of our control, but usually, they are accurate. We recommend making the order with two months of anticipation.
Q: What if I need a rush order ?
If you need a rush order, you can:
a.- Order “12 days kippot”.
b.- Pay a rush fee of $60. The order will arrive BH within 40 days. Please, write this request in Remarks.
We can accept no order needed within 30 days.
Q: Kippot: What if I find a mistake in my order ?
If you placed the order within 10 days, we are preparing to produce, and you may apply to make modification. If the order is already made or partially made, you may also apply to modify; we will charge fees accordingly. If you find mistakes when you get the order, and we made this mistake during the production, we will reproduce the order for you at no cost.
Q: Benchers, zemirot and other books: What if I want to change the text, font… of the custom embossing after accepting the suggested design ?
If the order is already made or partially made, we won´t be able to change the text. We also send an email with the preview of the text/logo we are going to stamp on cover, once it is accepted, we move to production.
Q: Can I order my own style ?
Yes, you can contact us by email and ask for a personal design –mixing colour panels, embroidery on top, mixing clothes, special clothes, etc…
Q: Is there any duty or tax when I get the parcel ?
As in any international transaction, orders can be forced to pay duty or tax when arriving to the country. It depends on the country, customs officials… and it is out of our control. If it occurs, the buyer must pay it (sometimes it is around $20-$35).
Q: What if I want sell your products in my store ?
A: We welcome those with a real store to sell our products. We provide different discounts according to a business scale. We rarely accept a website store. Please contact us for details.
Q: Can I add embroidery on the kippah ?
T: Yes. We can add it on a part of the kippah or at the top it. You can send us the image or you can ask us to look for some specific logo. It costs $0.5 for each kippah.
Q: Can I cancel an order?
T: An order that does not need to be personalized can be canceled, as long as it has not left our warehouses (1 or 2 days after receiving it). Orders that need customization (books that require cover stamping, or any kippah, even without stamping) cannot be canceled after receiving your confirmation of the graphic suggestion for printing. For any question, do not hesitate to answer us.
